Registration

For current CCCC families, registration for the following fall will begin in January. Please visit the classroom for the desired class, and sign up on the enrollment sheet outside the door. Registration is not complete until we have received the registration fee. Beginning February 1st, registration will be open to the public. Summer sign-ups, for those not registered for the upcoming school year will take place later in the spring. Please call our office for current registration fees.

Tuition

Tuition payments are due each week on the Thursday prior to the week that you are paying for. There are three payment boxes located in the 2-3 year old area, 4 year old area and after-school area. These boxes are locked to assure safety of your payments. If payment has not been received by the following Monday, a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your balance. If payment still has not been received by the following Monday, we will be unable to allow your child to attend the Center until your account is brought current.

Our 2011-2012 fees are as follows:

Before School (school age)	$70.00 per week/5 days or $55.00 per week/3 days
Before and After School (school age)	$105.00 per week/5 days or $85.00 per week/3 days
After School (school age)	$75.00 per week/5 days or $60.00/3 days
Full Day Childcare (2 and young 3 year olds)	$195.00 per week/5 days or $155.00 per week/3 days
Full Day Childcare** (3 and 4 year olds)	$190.00 per week/5 days or $150.00 per week/3 days
Preschool (3 and 4 year olds)	$225.00 per month/5 days a week or $185.00 per month/3 days a week
Summer Rates*	$190.00 per week/5 days or $150 per week/3 days

Registration Fees:

Year round registrants: $75.00/child or $100.00/family. Summer registration: $50.00/child

* Activity fee for all summer participants only is $75.00/child or $100.00/family.

** Full day child care rates INCLUDE the preschool/early learning program.

*** Fees are reduced by $10.00 per week for any additional child enrolled. This applies only to full-time enrollments.

Tuition is due regardless of your child's attendance.

LATE POLICY: Please keep in mind that Christ Church Children's Center closes at 6:00 pm. Parents who arrive to pick-up their child after 6:00 pm will be assessed a late fee of $10.00 for every five minutes after 6:00 pm. Early Learning Program ends at 11:30 am. Parents arriving after either of thsese times will be assessed the same late fee. Three late pick-ups could result in a child's dismissal from the program.

Fees are reviewed annually. Any change in rates will be announced in January, 2012 and will be effective begnning with the summer program of that year.

Fee for school agers for all scheduled and unscheduled days where school opens late or dismisses early, or days when school is closed and Center is open $550.00 a year ($275.00 due in September and $275.00 due in January.) The yearly fee coverage is for five snow days for which the Center is open. If more snow days are incurred, the $50/day rate will be charged in addition to regular tuition. There is an hourly rate of $20.00/hour for your child's attendance if space is available.
